Email signups: your name and email when you join From the Ground Up or request the 13-Week Goal Map.

Site usage: pages viewed, device and browser type, and general location, collected with cookies and Google Analytics.

How we use it

To ship your order and handle returns, send the emails you signed up for, answer your questions, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run this site: Wix (website, store and checkout), our payment processors, Kit (email newsletter), Google Analytics (site analytics), and our shipping and fulfillment partner. Each one handles your data only to provide its service.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to how it's used. Email us and we'll help.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as we need them for tax and accounting, email subscriptions until you unsubscribe, and analytics data according to Google Analytics retention settings.
